The details are part of the visit

“Accessible” is a starting point.
Your questions go further.

A step-free entrance doesn’t tell you about the room upstairs. A quiet table doesn’t tell you about the evening’s music. Verra is being built to follow these questions through, without making assumptions about what works for you.

A place for the whole arrangement

Less scattered.
More considered.

From the first question to the change of plan, keep the important things connected.

02 / YOUR ACCESS NEEDS

Explain it in your own words.

Keep reusable needs, distinguish preferences from hard requirements, and choose what each venue may see.

The intended journey

Before you go,
bring it all together.

Explore the full coordination flow in the demo. Live research, messaging and calendar connections are still being built.

  1. 01

Make a little space for your needs.

Start with the place, the plan and what needs to work. Share only what is relevant.

  2. 02

    Follow the questions, not assumptions.

The agent workflow is designed to track sources, ask precise questions and notice conflicting replies.

  3. 03

Choose with the context in front of you.

Review changes and alternatives. A different room can be a choice; weakening a hard requirement is not automatic.

  4. 04

Take the useful details with you.

Review the route, contact and unresolved details together. Refresh old information before a return visit.

A little permission.
A clear boundary.

Care is also knowing
what not to share.

You shouldn’t have to provide a diagnosis to ask about a route. Verra keeps functional needs and per-visit sharing choices separate, with pause and cancellation close at hand.

A few useful answers

Before you
step inside.

Who is Verra for?

People arranging visits around mobility, sensory, hearing, vision or stamina-related needs. The product is also being built for explicitly permitted support from companions.

What can I do in the judge demo?

Explore three fictional visits, inspect requirement-level evidence, approve or reject a sample room change, advance a clearly labelled sample reply, and review the resulting plan. You can create your own sample visit, pause or cancel, and reset your demo data.

Does the demo contact real venues?

No. Sample replies and coordination are simulated and labelled. The demo stays in this browser and does not call the agent, send messages or make bookings.

What works in the connected product today?

Personal visit and access-need storage, ownership checks, permission recording, work queueing, and pause/resume/cancel are implemented and locally verified. Hosted authentication, agent execution, email and calendar integrations still need connection and verification.

Does Verra certify that a place is accessible?

No. Access depends on the person, the route, the activity and current conditions. An answer is shown with its source and scope; unanswered or conflicting details remain visible.
